Welcome to Elysium Skin and Holistics! 

We are committed to providing you with a relaxing and professional experience, please review our terms and conditions carefully. By booking an appointment or using our services you agree to the following;

1. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked via telephone, e-mail, whatsapp and our online booking system
• We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation or to re-arrange an appointment
• Cancellations within 48 hours or 'no shows' will be charged the full cost of the treatment
• Repeated 'no shows' may result in refusal of future bookings

​2. Arrivals

• Please arrive no more than 10 minutes for your scheduled appointment, as reception may be locked if we are in treatment with other clients
• Late arrivals may reduce your treatment time or will require you to re-book another appointment at full cost having paid for the missed treatment

​3. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of treatment unless you are a new client whereby the payment will be due prior to your appointment
• We accept the following methods of payments, Cash, Debit/Credit card, Online payments, Mobile/Contactless and Gift vouchers
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

​4. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
• Lost/misplaced vouchers can not be replaced
• Expired vouchers can not be redeemed 

​5. Health and Safety

• Please inform our therapists of any medical conditions, allergies or injuries prior to your treatment
• Some treatments may require permission from a GP or health care professional, if this is not obtained prior to your appointment your treatment  may be cancelled and you may be liable to the cost of your treatment
• We reserve the right to refuse a treatment if a condition poses a health risk to yourselves or your therapist 
• Clients under the age of 18 will be refused massage treatments unless advised by a GP in which an accompanied letter will be required​ and a parent/guardian must be present.
• Please advise us if you are pregnant or if there is a possibility of you being pregnant at the time of your appointment as treatments can be adapted and performed after 12 weeks

​6. Treatments

• All treatment times stated are approximate and include consultation and preparation time 
• You will recieve a confirmation e-mail with a consultation form attached, please ensure this is filled out prior to arrival of your appointment
• A patch test is required for tinting at least 24 hours prior to your treatment

​7. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in compliance with GDPR and other applicable laws
• Your contact details are used for salon communication purposes only and will not be shared without your consent or sold on to any third party

8. Refunds and Complaints

• Services are non refundable
• If you are dissatisfied with your service please inform us and we shall work with you to try and resolve the issue.

​9. Disclaimer 

• There are certains times each day where there could be some classes on in the gym that can be a little louder than usual, should you require a more quiet time during the day, please mention at the time of booking and we will advise you further.

 10.Changes to terms

• We may update our terms and conditions from time to time, updates will be posted in the salon and on our website
